- Cancellations – Orders can be cancelled for a full refund (back to the original charging card) at any time before the item has been dispatched. Cancellations should be notified by e-mail to info(at)jinglebellschristmasshop.co.uk
- Returns -Items can be returned for a full refund (back to the original charging card) within 14 days of dispatch if they are faulty or do not match the description on the website. Notification of items to be returned should be made by e-mail to info(at)jinglebellschristmasshop.co.uk prior to return so that a suitable return process can be arranged.
- Delivery – Delivery is to UK addresses only (no international sales) with P & P charged at £3.95 per order.
- Dispatch – Dispatch will be within 7 days of receipt of order and payment and by courier or Royal Mail, unless customer is advised otherwise.
- Privacy – Customer data is collected exclusively for the authorisation and completion of the specific purchase requested by the customer. The data is retained in house and is not provided to any other agency for other purposes nor sold at any time.
